Steering wheel adapter

Sometime early 1997 Mitsubishi changed to slightly longer steering column in the 3000GT/GTO cars. If you try to use a 1997 or later steering wheel in an earlier car it will rub against the plastic panels on the steering column.

This little adapter spaces out the steering wheel by the amount needed to clear the panels on the steering column while still retaining all the stock functionality regarding clockspring, turn signals etc.

The adapter also allows you to use some of the smaller Mitsubishi Colt and Mitsubishi Evo wheels in 3000GT/GTO/Stealth cars made before 1997.
