Racing
Here is some background information about the racing endeavors which triggered the development of the parts available from Unlogic Engineering.

The Mitsubishi 3000GT/GTO/Dodge Stealth platform is conceptually very similar to the popular Mitsubishi Evo platform. Compared to the contemporary Evo models it's lower, wider and has a shorter wheelbase yet it has very little recognition when it comes to circuit racing.
This is mainly due to two issues, too weak center/front differentials and too much weight. But companies such as Supercar Engineering and Quaife offer very good differentials for this platform. So that leaves the second issue, weight.

The 3000GT/GTO/Stealth platform was marketed as a GT car and comes with big comfortable leather seats and not much weight focus on weight. In fact there are very few aluminum parts on the car from the factory, steel and cast iron is used throughout for most bracket, mounts, suspension parts etc.
Generic lightweight parts such as seats, coilovers, brakes etc are commonly available from many well established brands. However no one made lightweight platform specific parts.
This is where Unlogic Engineering got started focusing on lightweight 3000GT/GTO/Stealth specific racing parts.

In order to improve the competitiveness of our car on the race track we started developing our own parts. These were initially mainly made from welded aluminum and later on manually milled aluminum.
But over the years as we started making more complex parts the manufacturing was switched over to CNC milling the parts from solid billets of aluminum stock.

Continuous improvements over a 15 year period has slowly transformed our car from a heavy understeering GT cruiser to a potent car that works both on the street and the track. We are now working to make the parts we developed for our car available for other 3000GT/GTO/Stealth entusiast as well as continuing to develop new parts.
Here are few videos of our car in action during various events and competitions:
