Turbo manifold flanges

If you want to build your own turbo manifolds or replace the flanges on an existing manifold we make new heavy duty flanges.

As standard these are 14 mm thick and made from steel. But they can be made thicker or thinner and also from stainless steel upon special request.

Unlike many flanges sold online these are not laser or plasma cut instead they are CNC milled to give a high precision and good finish.

To prevent warping during welding we also offer aluminum cooling plates for both flanges with matching hole patterns and threaded holes for M10x1.50 bolts.

The prices for the manifold flange is 100$ and the turbo flange is 30$. The prices for corresponding aluminum cooling plates are 200$ and 60$.

The photo below shows the aluminum cooling plates with M10x1.50 threaded holes so that the flanges can easily be bolted to them.

The stock Mitsubishi manifold was laser 3D scanned and used to make the 3D model for these flanges.
